1–3 weeks
Every home begins with understanding.
We discuss your goals, location, and lifestyle to define what kind of home will suit you best.
At this stage, we analyze your site, study regulations, and determine the most efficient layout, orientation, and technical approach.

Design Selection & Development
3–6 weeks
Here you choose one of two paths:

Select and adapt one of our ready models, adjusting it to your site and preferences.

Develop a fully custom design created specifically for you.
In both cases, we refine the architecture, materials, and proportions to reflect your vision while maintaining precision, efficiency, and Nordic character.

• Prefabrication concept coordination
Client:
• Choose design path (model or custom)
• Approve design and main materials

Documentation & Engineering
5–8 weeks
Once the design is approved, we prepare the complete technical documentation — architectural, structural, and prefabrication drawings.
This ensures a seamless transition from design to manufacturing and construction.

• BIM model and shop drawings
• Structural calculations and energy design
• Coordination with local consultants and factory engineers
Client:
• Review and confirm final plans

Permitting & Fixed Pricing
4–10 weeks
We manage the permitting process and finalize pricing.
You receive a fixed package price for the prefabricated structure, and a precise construction estimate before work begins.
NORD Team:
• Prepare permit set and submit to authorities
• Coordinate with engineers and local consultants
• Finalize locked-in package pricing
Client:
• Approve final cost and project timeline

Prefabrication & Logistics
12–16 weeks
Your house is produced with millimeter precision in a controlled environment.
Each element is labeled, packed, and prepared for delivery to your site — ensuring quality, speed, and minimal on-site waste.
NORD Team:
• Supervise production and quality control
• Coordinate packaging and shipping logistics
Client:
• Prepare site and foundation (if handled locally)

On-Site Assembly
5–8 weeks
The structure is assembled quickly and precisely.
Within days, the timber shell is complete, weatherproof, and ready for finishing.

• Assembly supervision and coordination
• Quality control and schedule management
Client:
• Visit the site and observe progress

Finishing & Handover
4–10 weeks
Final finishes, built-ins, and details bring your home to life.
We perform a complete inspection before handover to ensure everything meets NORD’s quality standards.

• Installation of selected materials and fixtures
